Henry Ford II took over during this time when Ford Motor Company was experiencing a new management.
The 1947 model year was when Americans were anticipating the post war designs.
Basically for 1947, Ford modified the 1941 model through the 1948 model year.
The 1947 Ford model is a sporty design that was top of the line for the 1947 model year.
It still had the pre-war design lines that were still a head turner.
This 1947 Ford convertible has had a ground up restoration.
The Monsoon Maroon paint is excellent and new.
All chrome and stainless trim is in excellent shape.
