Direct Hire, Permanent - Implementation Project Manager Position
Position Title:
Implementation Project Manager This position is NOT available for Corp to Corp placement Pelican Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager for an exceptional Direct Hire, Permanent opportunity with one of our premier clients located in the Charlotte, NC area (NOT within the Banking sector).

Job Description:
Act as the Implantation Project Manager to ensure a successful implementation of packaged software to the end Clients.
The primary duty is to manage the Client experience from the time the packaged software is sold through the go-live.
This role involves consulting Clients on best practices within the as well as consistently communicating the project health to all stakeholders.
Responsible for working with Product Management, and Financial/Billing teams to ensure all contractual commitments and deliverables are being met.
The Project Manager must be Client focused, detail oriented and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
They must be able to work independently and make decisions related to the overall project deployment of the product suite.
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and written correspondence.
Assist the Implementation Team and Clients.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Acts as liaison and contact between Client contact and Internal Implementation Teams from the time the packaged software is sold through the go-live of the packaged software.
Act as liaison between Client and Internal Support Specialists, Product Management, and Quality Assurance teams to coordinate resolution for the Client as outlined in the Client project plan and/or contract.
Independently conduct conference calls with Clients to proactively address needs and ensure projects are scoped and delivered.
Facilitate and co-own the interface weekly calls with Manager of Implementation.
Updating all tabs of the week weekly status report and distribute it to the appropriate internal employees.
Notify leadership of Client risks and challenges.
Monitor open work orders for assigned Clients to ensure issues are addressed timely.
Provide leadership to Associate Implementation Consultants serving as a subject matter expert on the proper use of the application.
Act as a resource person to the Implementation Team members as needed.
Adhere to departmental policy regarding necessary documentation.
