Our client, located in Cornelius, NC is seeking a Lease Reviewer to assist the Manager of Lease Administration Services with portfolio management of top client leases. This is a direct hire opportunity with a great company! Local candidates are preferred, no sponsorship or C2C arrangements available.

What you?ll do:

  • Coordinate project-based work with 3rd?party Vendors and Clients

  • Review of abstraction work, data input and review of commercial real estate properties and leases on both a client and project basis

  • Review lease abstracts performed by other lease Analysts

  • Review property and lease data is accurate as compared to the property and lease documents

  • Ensure?correct information is entered into company database.

Who you are and what you know:

  • Bachelor?s Degree in real estate, business administration, accounting, computer science or related field

  • 3-5 years of commercial real estate, lease administration, paralegal, and/or real estate accounting experience

  • Experience with lease software administration/lease accounting software

  • Strong A/P and A/R skills

  • Experience reconciling accounts and negotiating leases and payments with tenants/landlords

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
