Loan Partner/Processor.

About the position:
Oversee the marketing duties, database management, and scheduling of the Loan Officer. The Loan Partner I will be in direct communication with Clients, Realtors, Builders, and Business Partners. This position requires time management, precise communication and data entry skills.
Job Duties:
Performs Initial set up of Files in Origination System
Makes copies for clients and copy packages/scans/uploads files
Sends out correspondence - Thank you cards, Birthday Cards, after closing surveys, etc.
Assist the Loan Officer with other administrative duties as needed.
Return Phone Calls
Continue to assume responsibilities and help the team grow

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work 40 hours a week between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook applications
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a positive attitude
Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision

The compensation for this position is an hourly wage and will depend on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
