Your Contribution to Our Team Includes:
Develop and maintain relationships with members Greet and check in members as they enter the pool Observe all safety and security procedure Maintain a clean, organized, and safe area at all times Provide members with towel service Communications with activities staff and pool staff Must be able to communicate verbally with members Able to provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail What You'll Need to Be GREAT:
- You have a noticeably positive attitude and friendly personality because a wave and smile go a long way - You are a self-starter and work well independently, but also take direction and enjoy being a team-player - You take pride in your work and are committed to do things the right way because shortcuts do not serve excellence - You are dedicated to serving others, regardless of whether it is an internal or external customer because we expect our team members to have hearts for service Must-Have Minimum
