Location:
Greater Charlotte, NC area.
The ideal candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order for a private luxury coach & residence.
This role requires discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach to ensure the seamless operation of the household.
Personal Assistant and Property Detail Lead:
Household Maintenance:
Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks to maintain a pristine living environment.
Oversee the organization and cleanliness of all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Laundry and Wardrobe Management:
Manage laundry, including washing, ironing, and proper storage of clothing and linens.
Assist with wardrobe organization and seasonal clothing rotations.
Meal Preparation Support:
Assist in meal preparation, including setting the dining table and cleaning up after meals.
Coordinate with external service providers for grocery shopping and delivery.
Maintain a stock list for all locations and manage inventory.
Assist with meal preparation, adhering to dietary preferences and requirements.
Oversee inventory of all items needed for home and bus, conducting appropriate ordering, shopping, and stocking as necessary.
Organization and Inventory:
Maintain an organized and well-stocked household inventory.
Manage storage areas and ensure efficient use of space.
Event and Guest Support:
Prepare guest rooms for visitors and ensure a welcoming environment.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including setup and cleanup.
Family Support:
Coordinate and assist with family activities and recreational planning.
Qualifications and Skills:

years experience as a Nanny, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant Meal preparation experience Relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in household management.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Will be required to use own vehicle to complete this work.
