The Creative Director of Content & Programming will be responsible for developing the visual identity of programs and programming-specific digital content across EXOS's portfolio of solutions, creating a unique look and feel that ties back to the EXOS hero brand identity. This talent will also lead the creative execution of digital programming content, overseeing the creative process from inception to production. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Be the creative visionary of EXOS's suite of programming content and solutions, developing and owning the look and feel. Partner with Content & Programming strategy and editorial leads on annual programming calendar across all solutions and channels. Manage all internal and external creative resources, agencies, and freelancers from briefing stage through final production stages; travel for shoots and other content capture opportunities will likely be required. Work cross-functionally within the organization to leverage programming-specific content across all EXOS channels and platforms. Ensure that EXOS programs and programming-specific content has best-in-class creative by consistently pushing on ideas and inspiration. QUALIFICATIONS The Ideal Candidate will have:
Deep experience (8-10
years) in digital content creative direction (photo, video, design) pointed towards user experience and engagement; experience with digital time-bound programs is preferred A strong background in health/wellness/fitness creative direction and visual storytelling A portfolio of compelling and arresting work that showcases both ideation and production chops A rolodex of creative partners the candidate would be excited to bring to EXOS A passion for sports, fitness, or a high-performance lifestyle
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Editorial & Content ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
